Take a cdl test

To operate most commercial tractor trailers, obtaining a Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) is essential. This license is a prerequisite for truck driving in every state, as the CDL exam verifies that commercial drivers possess the necessary expertise in their field and adhere to all medical and safety standards. To be eligible for the CDL exam and to obtain an unrestricted interstate CDL, you must fulfill the following criteria:

  • Be 21 years old
  • Provide a Medical Examiner’s Report showing that you’re healthy enough to drive a truck
  • Be licensed to drive a car
  • Have a valid Social Security Card

If you satisfy the necessary requirements, United CDL School is ready to assist you in preparing for your CDL test at any of our numerous training locations across the USA. For those over 21 years old with a clean record free of felonies, DUIs, or drug arrests in the past 10 years, there’s a high likelihood that a commercial trucking company will offer full tuition reimbursement upon graduation.
